Club High School Completive Team
The Peak Athletics High School Competitive Team is designed for dedicated athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. Our program focuses on sprint development, event-specific training, strength and power, race strategy, and injury prevention through structured, high-level coaching. Athletes train in a competitive and supportive environment that encourages continuous improvement while preparing for high school competition, club meets, USATF events, and championship-level competition. Whether the goal is earning a varsity spot, qualifying for state, or competing beyond the high school season, Peak Athletics provides the coaching, training, and team culture to help athletes reach their full potential.
Advanced collegiate prep
Our Advanced Collegiate Prep program is designed to help athletes gain firsthand insight into what it takes to compete at the collegiate level. Every 2–3 months, Peak Athletics hosts an exclusive clinic led by a current or former college athlete or collegiate coach. During these sessions, athletes experience a college-style practice, learn advanced training techniques, and gain valuable knowledge about the demands of collegiate track and field.
In addition to the workout, our guest coaches and athletes share their personal experiences with the recruiting process, balancing academics and athletics, team culture, and what coaches look for in prospective student-athletes. Athletes have the opportunity to ask questions, receive individualized feedback, and leave with practical tips they can apply to their own training and recruiting journey. These clinics provide invaluable exposure and help prepare our athletes for a successful transition to collegiate competition.

Private lessons allow athletes to receive personalized feedback, detailed technical instruction, and customized drills that aren't always possible in a team setting. We focus on proper sprint mechanics, acceleration, top-end speed, starts, block work, strength and power development, race strategy, and event-specific training to help athletes maximize their performance.

Youth Development Program
At Peak Athletics, our Youth Development Program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of track & field in a fun, encouraging, and structured environment. We focus on building proper running mechanics, coordination, speed, agility, and overall athleticism while helping athletes develop confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport. Through age-appropriate coaching and engaging training sessions, our goal is to create a strong athletic foundation that prepares children for future success in track & field and other sports.
